This discount program if accepted would be in effect from July 1st to August 31st 2011.

More information from the PRC can be found here: http://www.prc.gov/Docs/72/72494/Order_No_715.pdf
Comments on the program can be sent in until May 2nd, 2011

Don’t know what a QR code is/does? QR Code Wiki
It could connect a real estate brochure to a full 360 video of a house for sale. It could connect a restaurant ad to a full dinner menu, bar options and possibly a reservation system. It could connect an invoice for supplies to a video of a new printer. It could connect an equipment invoice to a special offer on supplies or to a full line brochure on your other offerings. It could connect the outside of your envelope directly to your website. The possibilities are endless.
